Removing mildew/mold from silicone sealer

We have black mildew stains in our shower. We have never had a problem getting them off the walls, but they are embedded in the RTV (silicone sealer) and we can't get rid of them. Any recommendations (other than pulling all the RTV and and putting new on).

Thanks

Once mildew stains silicone caulk in shower, the caulk has to be removed, surfaces cleaned with solvent cleaner, and new caulk installed. Mildew can be prevented by keeping surfaces dry and clean and by improving bathroom ventilation. After showering wipe shower with squeegie or chamois. Mildew-prone areas can be sprayed with disinfectant. Leave shower door or curtain open to improve air circulation in shower. Run bath vent/fan for at least 20 minutes after showering. Clean shower thoroughly at least once a week.
