Here's a previous thread I think will help you:

http://forum.doityourself.com/showthread.php?t=217773&highlight=nail+polish+leather

It states:

"Anything that is going to remove the nail polish is most likely going to damage the leather itself. There are many different types and finishes of leather. Professional leather products are your best bet. I have removed nail polish from leather ( in a slow process i might add) by using reccomended leather soap and slow gentle pressure. But in your case you may want to search for leather cleaners or contact a professional."

and...

"There are many types of leathers, finishes, and dyes, so most leather manufacturers recommend professional leather cleaning. As indicated, anything strong enough to remove the nail polish will likely affect the upholstery. You can try non-acetone (banana oil) nail polish remover. Test first in inconspicuous place for ill effects. Blot with white rag from outside stain toward middle to remove nail polish. Once nail polish is removed, you will likely have an oily stain from the banana oil. Rub cornstarch into stain. Rub briskly with hand to heat up leather so it will release oil into cornstarch. Repeat as necessary. Any remaining oily residue will like be absorbed into leather and disappear over time. If in doubt, call a professional leather cleaner."

Hope this helps. BTW: I like your avatar!
