A solvent cleaner will remain sap (pitch) from fabric, i.e., denatured alcohol, dry cleaning fluid, or other household solvent. You blot from outside stain toward middle to prevent spreading. Use a white rag or paper towel. Always test first in inconspicuous area first for ill-effects.
