Hello Everyone! I mistakenly stored my wedding dress at my parents house- and now it is saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke! What is the best way to remove this odor?

Hi, After a night out in the pub, I would always hang my coats up on a hanger and pop on the washing line. This would always get rid of the smell, febreeze would propably help too.

Fabreeze does work great. You may need to spritz 2 or 3 times (let dry between spritzes). Arm and Hammer just put a fabric spray out too, and they claim it works better than Fabreeze.

There are dry cleaners who specialize in cleaning wedding gowns and wrapping in acid free tissue paper and storing in acid free boxes. Professional cleaning and proper storage will preserve your wedding gown.
