Cleaning stains from cement driveway..

I have a large driveway with light colored cement. I have some potted plant on one end. They have plates underneath, however, one overflowed and stained the concrete a redish color. The pots are plastic so it can't be rust. Are there any products that can be applied to take these stains ou. I tried bleach and that didn't work.

Has the driveway been sealed? If not, I'd do that after you get it clean.
