Microfiber suede stain, help please!
My good friend's child drew on our light tan colored microfiber suede dining room chair.
it's a small spot, roughly a square centimeter. Is there anything I can do to remove this stain without ruining the chair, or do I have to live with the spot? Any help is greatly appreciated!

With what was the spot drawn? Also, check the tag on the couch to see what kind of cleaning options are available to you.

The longer a stain sits, the harder it is to take out, but try dabbing some rubbing alcohol on it, as alcohol is best for taking out ink stains. You may have to repeat several times to get it all out, and always test in an inconspicuous spot first.

Sharpies are permanent markers and are used as laundry markers for that reason. Pretest any cleaning solution in inconspicuous place first for ill effects on dye and fabric. If in doubt, contact a professional upholstery cleaner. IMO the stain is permanent.
