Help!! Cement stains on shoes

While visiting a building site today i managed to get some cement stains on my new leather shoes.

Does anyone know any ways of removing the stains?

Thanks in advance.

Once cement has dried, it is next to impossible to remove. You might have luck removing stains by wiping with vinegar. At best, you can expect shoe polish to cover the stains.

since its fresh...by adding the solution twelvepole suggested, it may soften it to the point of gently scraping it off

cement needs time to cure until then the moisture keeps it softer than one would expect

Cement remover

Use Lime Away or CLR. Cement is lime/limestone based. 😁
