I just purchased a used water dispensing machine. When using either the hot or cold, there is a mildew (mold) taste to the water. I cleaned the machine and ran vinegar through it before using, but when I put a new bottle of water on it, the taste of mildew is there. Help?

if there is a drain plug or anyway of draining everything out of it...do so..run 8 oz of bleach per gallon of water thru it...then rinse...then let it dry out for a few days...if it has any air filters on it for the cooling or heating units on it..clean or replace
