Reddish Stain on Sink Mat after only one-day's use

Hi:
The Sink Mat has 'reddish stain/spot' developing after only one day's use. The sink mat is 'Rubbermaind' saying 'Resists Odors Caused by Bacteria' and seems it made by Vinyl compound, not made by Rubber-mixed material.

In the past, the exact same Sink Mat was made purely 'Rubber' type material and easily cleaned it by 'Clorax' spray-bottle, then I was able to keep it 'pure white.'

I love to keep/look a Sink Mat 'White.'

Does anyone has a good idea 'how to keep Sink Mat' white, ... not reddish Sink Mat?

i have seen this in some that may wife has used...my only guess would be it is sensitive to a chemical used to clean the sink...water conditions wouldnt turn it that way just in one day.....there are clear ones out..that is what my wife had to go to
