Concrete Basement Floor

Hi everyone,

My mother lives alone in her 2 story home. She's a big pet lover, so she has 4 cats and a dog. Upon visiting her I went into the basement to get something, only to find that the floor was caked with cat feces and dried urine. The floor is concrete, though it had been painted somewhere between 5 and 10 years ago, so I thought it'd be easy to clean. To my surprise, it wasn't. I tried mopping, and even getting a large scrub brush to scrub the floor with but many of the stains remain. Does anyone know of a heavy duty soap I can use, or of a good method to clean the floor and get it back to normal? Any help is appreciated.

clean the floor with a mild mixture of bleach and water..spray up to 18 inches up on the wall..shop vac up..allow to dry for a few days and use a oil based or an alcohol based shellac prime floor then paint....pet urine can be a pain
