How do i remove permament vivid marker?
Hi there can anyone please help as my 3 year old daugther has just drawen on the wallpaper with permanent blue marker

Unless its a vinyl coated paper...you don't have a chance. Just like trying to remove it from paper...
If its coated you can try blotting with a clean rag or paper towel dampened with alcohol...but that may make it bleed.

i would say it has been sucked into the wall paper. You may want to consider sealing and painting that wall. May be able to make it an accent wall. I think they do make paint that is supposed to be good in cleaning crayon and such off. A semigloss would come to mind.
