Window cleaner like Windex works well for general cleaning while for stubborn stuff, Greased Lightening is hard to beat. You don't need the expensive specialty cleaners & sealer just to keep it clean. The sealer can be reapplied once a year or so using a single purpose sealer from Braxton-Bragg or Gran Quartz. You can order online from them. Good luck
