Remove dirt from cement patio
We have a cement patio that needs cleaning.
My dad cleaned it with a pressure washer and detergent, however within a short time after that it still seems to be dirty.
My mom said it seems to be coming up from within the cement.
Any recommendations? I can take a picture and load it also.

sounds like the cement is either relatively new or its unsealed...some concrete if it wasnt allowed to cure before winter or got rained on before it set up will show weird patterns...if it is a wicking you could always consider a concrete stain or paint
