Hi, how deep are the scratches?

The only thing I woulds use is a non-abrasive cleaner such as powdered Bon Ami, Spic 'N Spam, didi seven or ZUD on stains wet and wipe off the surface.

A scouring pad or other abrasive material should not be used because it is a porcelain-enamel finish.

I would just leave it, or replace the sink. I could tell your hundreds of horror storys of americast. There coating process just stinks. Chips are common, and scratches just like regular cast iron sinks.
