You can buy a siding cleaner made for pressure washers except that it would be very easy to damage the finish if not careful.
I would recommend that you use a siding cleaner, a fine bristle car wash brush a garden hose and do it by hand.
You could go from oxidized to a damaged finish in no time if it doesn't go well.

How old is the siding? what are your plans for it once it's clean?

As Greg noted it can be very easy to remove enough of the existing finish to make it look bad. Also a PWer can force water where it shouldn't go if you spray at the wrong angle. Aluminum siding can be painted [with the proper prep] if needed.
