Brown stains in fiberglass showers

I have 2 Lasco one-piece showers in my home and the floor of both showers has sort of a brown stain on them. I have tried just about everything to get the brown stains out but with no luck. I tried Comet, Barkeeper's Friend, citrus cleaners, chlorine, peroxide, and a few other things. I just can't seem to get the brown stains off the floor of the shower. Any suggestions?

Without a picture where going to have to guess and ask questions.
Well or city water?
Got a water softner?
Tried "The Works"?
Any dollar store or Wal-Mart should have it.

Brownish/reddish stains are normally iron/rust stains. Have you tried something like CLR?

The fiberglass/plastic surround on my tub was kind of grimy when I met my wife. Everything I tried didn't seem to help but she scrubbed it with 'the works' and cleaned it right up made me a firm believer in that product. She buys it at the dollar store. I don't know if it works on iron stains - we don't have that issue
