Mold near sump pump
I have a lot of mold around an electrical outlet, near my sump pump. Not sure what to do about it.
Any ideas?

That looks like more than surface mold
Is the drywall still stiff or does it feel soft? There is a good chance that a portion of the drywall needs to be cut out and replaced. We need the answers to Puplo's questions.

i have no idea what is on the other side of the wall. other than cutting the wall open I dont think there is a way to get back there. It's in the basement, behind that wall is dirt and i am guessing concert foundation?

Ok so that is the inside of the foundation wall. It's quite possible there is moisture coming the foundation. Unfortunately those issues are best addressed on the exterior. Sometimes just extending downspouts to divert the water further away from the house is enough to help.
I'd cut out the moldy drywall and inspect the foundation wall behind it.
