We recently Installed a BrandNew Kitchen Sink by Blanco (Germany), Complete with Drain Board.. It looks Nice & Shinny all wiped down BUT Scratches Easy.. We placed a Rack with Rubber Bumpers in the bottom of the basin ..
Any Tips, Tricks or Some sort of Protective Coating that can be applied that is Food Safe for lack of better words ?? Curious, Just Asking ??

No idea... you didnt say what KIND of Blanco sink it is. Follow their instructions on care and cleaning.

Pictures or telling us what sink you have would be a big help. Right now your sink could be made from anything; stainless steel, cultured stone, enameled cast iron...

Since it's scratching and has a drain board, it's probably stainless steel. I don't know of any protective coating.
Did you use the custom fit racks?
Do a Search for Blanco sink grids and you should be able to find a custom fit for your sink model.
Here's an example of a Blanco grid. Also ensure you clean or polish the sink going with the grain of the steel.
