Stinky people - not even bleach wash can get BO out of bedding
I put fresh bedding for each Airbnb guest.
I just had a couple who smelled really bad.
I did a load of only the bedding they used (2 pillow cases, a sheet, and the expando cover) and bleached the tar out of 'em.
I can still (and I'm sure future guests will too) smell their horrendous body smell.
I googled all the "future uses " for bedding and nothing applies to me.
Can I just donate it somewhere easily without waiting in the long donation line at Goodwill?
I don't know how these two can stand the stench of each other.

If it's that bad why would you want to donate them? If it smells bad to you, why would you want to give that same bad experience to someone more unfortunate? Throw them out and chalk it up as a business expense.

Simple question you have to answer first - use by whom?
I can think of no one with a use for it.

They do sell laundry detergents just for odor. You could try that first. You could also use them for rags, if you have somewhere to store them, like in an outside shed.

I'd try soaking with "pet stain" cleaners which are generally enzyme based and directed at gettin rid of odors.
If the sheets don't clean up, drop them into one of the (commercial) clothes donation boxes (as opposed to local church or good will). AFAIK, the commercial yellow boxes take clothes and shred them into threads, then re-bleach and re-use them.
