What product would be best to finish the top instead of grout I wanted to use some kind of polymer that will take intense summer sun

Epoxy grout is the best thing to use outdoors.

Rust stains on vinyl around chimney??

I have some rust staining on the corner of my chimney that is apparently due to run off over the years from the chimney cap. I am going to try and clean it off but thought I would ask for suggestions before working on it. The chimney is wrapped in what looks like a vinyl that looks like stone. Anyway the stains run down one corner.

just cleaned black mold spot off basement drywall under sewage drain

not sure if some of the stuff that I moved out that was butted against the drywall cause the mold (which in that case is fine since the stuff is gone) or if there's a small leak in the sewage pipe (inside the wall) and there's mold on the other side. if it's the latter, is the only way to check to bust open the wall to see what's on the other side or is there any type of device that can scan for black mold on the other side?
