Ink stain on white-painted table

Hi, everyone!! I'm Marta and I'm desperate A whole ink bullet spilled over my white-painted table and I broke it while cleaning …..
I would now like to ask for some advice on restoring it…
On the one hand, a humidity lump popped up on the surface — which I would like to polish somehow and cover again in paint.
On the other hand, a part of the paint got off showing the wood beneath…

The wood showing amidst the rest of a huge ink stain…

The humidity lump with a bit of wood disruption in the middle…
Will appreciate all help :,(

You're going to have so sand the top down to bare wood, prime and re-paint.

There is not "polish" the ink has stained the paint. A pretty easy fix, you will probably need to take a piece of the furniture to a paint store so they can match the color.

You'd want to use a pigmented shellac primer like BIN to insure the ink won't bleed back thru the new finish.

Judging by the swelling I'm going to guess that there is not solid wood underneath. The table top might be particle board or something similar. You might be able to tell by looking at the bottom side. I might sand the raised areas smooth and then repaint the top. You could also cover the top with laminate (Formica) or glass for a more durable surface.
