Tile Floor Cleaning

Hi,

I have a question about electric steam mops available in the market. I want to get one for my tile floor. Area is about 700 sft.

They have ones with two round pads that spin while dislodging dirt with steam and the other kind is flat rectangular pad. Both types are steam mops.

My question is which works better for grouted tile (spin vs no spin). I know they both do a good job on flat tile but I am afraid the dislodged grime will get pushed in to the grout and the pad(s) will not be able to reach the grout area as the grout line is a bit lower compared to the tile surface.

Your suggestion is much aprreciated.

Thanks in advance.

My ex-wife used a Hoover Floormate on ours and thought it was a great tool.
