Too many lines, too many floors

I would like to switch lines in my home to ring on different floors. I have pulled the jacks to try and determine which line is where? I have 3 lines with 3 floors.

I want 2 lines to ring on one floor and one line to ring on two other floors. Can you help me?

What color wires do you see connected to the jack? How many cables are in each jack location? Are all 3 numbers active now? Is each wire a home run to the network interface or are they run from one to another daisy chained?

Blue/Blue white is the first number, Orange/orange white is the second number, Green/green white is the third number using the normal scheme for phone wiring. You can verify this by opening the network interface, typically a gray box on the outside of your house.
