Needs To Be On In Two Days??

new office opens in a coupple days i installed four new jackes lines running below to main line.The main line hase four pairs B-BW,G-GW,O-OW,BR-BRW.I hooked up B-BW for one line and O-OW for the second and had left a request for the phone company in detail to match my wirering with there hookup.Line one works fine but line two you can bearly hear the tone and when calling frome line one to line two line one it just rings when i pick up line two all i get is a blunt ringing sound in the reciver,its the same way calling line two frome any phone. I bought a simple line tester and it reads that bothe lines are correct??? (Some advice pleas)
