Thin RJ plug

I'm trying to find out where I can get this plug, and specifically what type of RJ connector it's called. It's very similar to an RJ14 plug, it's got 4 pins, but the head is more squarelike in shape, it's thinner and longer than a normal plug. I wasn't sure if there was a special name for this type of plug, but I'm looking to get a head like this for an adapter I'm making. I haven't had any luck finding a plug like this yet.

No what I was looking for was a 4P4C(RJ9) jack, which I easily found at radio shack a second time around. Thanks though.

There is a different plug on the cord that goes from the wall to the phone, and from the phone to the handset. I don't know the names, but I'm glad you found what you needed.
