Welcome to the forums.

It appears the phone company hasn't set the internal section of that NID. It would be doubtful to find any of those pairs live as they don't usually make them live until they are there to connect them to the house.

If you have ordered service and they've told you the service is physically active..... try using the blue - blue/white twisted pair for service.

Thank you for responding I appreciate it. I believe when they put it in 2 weeks ago they said it was live but contractor takes another 2 weeks to come out and install. Wires are not twisted though so I connect the blue to yellow and find the white pair and connect that to black?

Look closely..... you should see the following 8 colors in a twisted pair setup.
I went back and labeled your picture. The blue - blue/white pair is twisted.

Line 1 = blue - blue/white
Line 2 = orange - orange/white
Line 3 = green - green/white
Line 4 - brown - brown/white

Line 1 (primary phone line): blue wire to red terminal; white-with-blue-stripe wire to green terminal
