How to use a FTP cable with integrated tensor?

Has anybody used one of these? I thought it might be like the cables cable companies use which have a steel wire that peels off and can be tied to anchors but this tensor is nylon and it does not peel off at all. In fact any attempts to peel reveals all the strands

Am I just supposed to gouge a hole between the tensor and the cable and zip tie it to the anchor points? It seems like that would work because of how firmly the tensor is attached to the cable but I thought Id ask incase anyone knows the technically correct way to use these

FTP cable..... like UTP 8 conductor cable for computer network use ?

I use coax with a steel messenger.
I use four pair telephone cable with a steel messenger.
I haven't used any hanging network cable.
I have used gel filled UTP cable tied to a steel messenger.

That fiberglass stranding is a messenger used to support the cable.
You need to use a sharp knife to cut between the cable and the messenger.
The messenger get firmly attached so that there is no weight on the actual cable.
