VCR To PC
Using ATI Wonder VE Tuner. Instructions call for a "composite" hookup between VCR and ATI card but VCR has standard audio and video out jacks. Have hooked up VCR video to ATI "composite" jack and also fed in the VCR audio to same connection using a splitter but cannot get sound. Also tried to feed audio into ATI sound connection again using splitter (instructions call for a hookup between ATI card and sound card).
Video appears on PC screen but no audio - would appreciate help.

You need a converting cable that will take an RCA cable and convert it to a pin style connector, preferably one that will take the mono output of the RCA and make it stereo (left and right).
That needs to go to the line in connection of your sound card (whereever you have the sound output from the tuner connected to the sound card). Then you will have both sound and video.
