Palm M125 synch error

When synching my pilot to the desktop, using the standard software, the synch log lists the following.
"Address Book
- Some handheld records were not copied to your PC. Your computer may be full or you may have reached the maximum allowed records on the desktop. To correct this situation, delete some records and perform a HotSync operation again.
Desktop = 505, Handheld = 503
OK Address Book with 1 message(s)"

Is there some extraordinary low max # of records that the M125 is permitted?
Any suggestions as to the reason for the problem?
Just for extra info, on the handheld there is 6.7M of 7.7M free space. Where the address book is 72K of the used space. On my desktop, there is approx 3Gig of free space on the hard drive.

Cool Palm...

Run over to www.palm.com and look in their trouble shooting faqs for this. I saw something just the other day about this. I have a Palm 3C and when they work right they are nice but when they goof it can be a real bugger to fix! So far I have been quite impressed by Palm Tech Support, give the faq a shot and if that doesn't work try tech support.
