Windows 98 Upgrade

I have a IBM Thinkpad 400mhz, 10gb, with Windows 95 and I would like to upgrade to windows 98. I have noticed there are many different versions of the Windows 98 Upgrade and I'm not really sure which one I need. Also, what does OEM stand for. This abbreviation is in the title of a few of the versions. Thanks.

if you can get your hands on win98se this would be the best bet if you want to go to just win98

oem original equipment , means that its an installation disc that's been installed at the "factory"

:( HAVE AN OLD LASERJET IIP THAT HAS WORKED FINE, BUT IT NOW PRINTS ALL KINDS OF BLANK PAGES AND DOESNT SEEM TO WANT OT STOP AND SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THE BLANK PAGES I GET THE PAGE I WAS TRYING TO PRINT. I HAVE UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED THE DRIVER AND EVEN REMOVED THE PRINTER COMPLETELY BUT IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING. CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE????

i get this messege when i try to get to some web pages "You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server." how can i fix this problem?
