Upgrading a Video Card

brand and type: ThinkPad A20m Laptop

Hi, I Just purchased a Laptop it has a good processor but the video card kinda lacks , if it is run Through AGPx2 does that mean i can card upgrade the video card? doesnt AGP mean it is a slot that the card goes into or not?

I doubt you can upgrade the video card.
Just because it says AGP doesn't mean it can be removed.
It can just be using AGP technology.
I have never heard of a laptop with a removable video adapter.

I guess you could. I would think it depends more on the graphic card's quality and speed.

It looks like video is embedded, and not upgradable, as with most notebooks. here is the link to ibm support and product info for it:
