Notebook Fan

IBM THINKPAD a20m

Celleron processor 500mhz

OS : Windows 2000 Pro



Hi, I just recently noticed how loud my fan is on my notebook, what can i do about this? should i used compressed air? or is it possible to replace the fan.

I don't know what you would try to accomplish by using compressed air. You can simply replace the fan, if it has become noisy. According to the hardware maintenance manual, it just unbolts for removal and goes right back in.
