replacing pcmcia with a cardbus
Can a 10BASE-T PCMCIA 2.0 be replaced with a Cardbus Network Card in a older laptop?
I have a Toshiba laptop 460CDT which has a 3Com Etherlink pc card inside of it. Will I be able to replace it with a Cardbus Network Card 10/100BT?
Thanks anyone!

Toshiba 460CDT Satellite Pro
Pentium 166 MHz MMX,32 Mb RAM,2.1 Gb HDD, 3.5 FDD , CD-ROM 10-x speed,2 Mb VRAM, Infrared port, 12.1 TFT 800x600, PCMCIA 2.0 (2*II or III),ZV port supported,Sound System,USB
AT least some of the cardbus cards will work.PCMCIA 2.0 (2*II or III) will take several brands of cardbus cards.
Hope this helps.
