Angry Inactivity shut down

Often times my computer will be shut down and I get a message that says it appears that you are not browsing the Internet so we will shut down. OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I will usually be downloading some long files or such and leave the computer on and go out or what ever and let it run. Is there a way to prevent the ISP from shutting me down? Thanks so much for any help or tips. I use Juno and internet Explorer.

You are using dialup arnt you? Your ISP limits the amount of time you are allowed to leave you internet connection open when you are not surfing the internet.

Here are some programs whose purposes are to keep the dial up connection alive while you down load a file.

Hope this helps.
