What is: iwkockdk.exe

iwkockdk.exe
I have a process running that loads every time I restart Windows (Windows/2000). I run ZoneAlarm, so I know it trys to communicate to the Internet with the destination Microsoft, and ZA blocks the connection. I also run Ad-Aware and Ad-Watch, but this pogram is not removed by either. I find no references to the program using Google, and when I search my hard drive for any file containing the name, nothing is found. The name of the process is "iwkockdk.exe". Does anyone know what this is? Is it good or bad? And how do I get rid of it (assuming it's bad)?

It looks to be a connector for a casino site, probably a left over from a spyware piece.
You might try moving it to the recycle bin and see if anything changes. If not, you could delete it.
Hope this helps.

Since win2k doesnt have msconfig, you can use the win xp version listed below, or either one of the other two programs. From there, you can see and control what starts up when you boot.
Is this running as a true service? From control panel/Administrative tools/services can you see it? Can you stop the process? Click on properties and change the startup type?
