new build up and running

thanks to all here for the advice. this thing rocks!! i ended up using the AMD 2800 w/ 2.08 ghz, quite different from the old 533! and never had so much ram before (512) . saved some money and learned a lot. thanks again!

Use it in good health, sounds like quite a machine. Although I am an Intel kind of guy I just built an AMD for a friend and it was a fireball! Maybe an AMD for me next. Good luck, I guess you built a real "Gamer " there .
