problem tool bars

I have had in the past had two toolbars attach themselves to my computer screen, and all attempts by me have failed.

One is at the top that have these words;

Search Blue Email Community Message Forums

The next tool bar is located at the bottom they both are their now making my usage screen smaller and smaller it has these words and seem to be two lines wide making my area smaller yet it contains these words

Date Travel Career Make Money
Morgage Insurance and the like.

I have no use for these tool bars I never put them there because if I did they naturally would not stay there please help and speak in english for I am not a computer literate person thank you again

 

Have you run the typical Ad Aware scan and antivirus scan? Always run those first and see if one or both solves the problem.

Go to the sticky thread atop this forum called "Essential free programs" and follow the link to download "AdAware 6". Install it, UPDATE IT, and scan with it. Afterwords, let us know if there's still a problem.
