Go here for removal instructions.
http://www.2-spyware.com/file-bridge-dll.html

bridge.dll description: File bridge.dll is related to adware Flingstone Bridge. File bridge.dll is related to adware WinFavorites.

Removal of the message:
error loading c:\Windows\System32\bridge.dll during startup.

First its better to scan and remove all values automatically with removal software, then:

Use Notepad, create new file and write there text you see between the scores:
-----------
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run]
"RunDLL"=-
-----------

Save the file as: unbridge.reg
Close notepad. double-click unbridge.reg and accept the change.
Once this is done you should be able to reboot without the message for Bridge.dll.
