Recommended parental control software?

Do you folks use parental control software for your kids? Our son enjoys surfing, and we'd like to limit his web visits to the sites that we approve of. From the reading I've done, there is software that filters sites based on keywords; I'd like to have software that blocks EVERY web site until it appears on a list that I approve.

Any ideas? What software do you use?

Thanks

The issue with using Internet Explorer settings to make restrictions is that your children can simply disable the changes themselves and do what they want.

Third party programs (and there are many out there) require passwords to make changes and are much harder to defeat.
