http://www.opera.com

I use it, but only to test sites I build. Other than that, I don't like it. Too slow, despite touting itself as the world's fastest browser. That's FireFox...

Try it, and use it if you like it.

Opera

Well I did get it downloaded I am now using it In the
guest account but I still have the I.E. set up as default
In the ADMIN account..I find that this is the way to work it
so it works at it's best!I can fly back and forth now in the
guest account between the I.E. firefox and now opera

I use Opera. To me it is the fastest browser. But of course never used firefox before either. The main thing about Opera is that it is more secure than IE. Internet Explorer has many loopholes where hackers can get in. With Opera you have many more options to choose from to change the way you want the browser to operate. Such as doing a really good job of blocking popups. I don't remember IE doing that. I remember IE being a pain in the but LOL.
My 2 cents...

I find Firefox a bit slower to start and load web pages than IE, I use it when going to sites I know are risky, but IE is my main browser, as far as popups the XP SP2 IE updates do a wonderful job at blocking them. Use what you like and what your comfortable with.

I know what you mean concerning the I.E before SP-2 I had the free google pop up blocker I thought that was really good it sure done it's job
then when I got SP-2 I uninstalled the google pop up blocker cause the
SP-2 provided one and it works very well!
