DVD software for Dell

I have a new Dell computer with a DVD burner. I am looking for proper software in which to burn DVD's (family pic's, movies, etc.) from my digital camera and view them on my home DVD player. Any suggestions?

You got no software with your Dell? Mine came with Sonic's RecordNow v. 7.1 LE/ MyDVD v.5.3 LE,which is fine for what you mentioned. Not for burning DVD movies though. The hollywood kind that is. Contact Dell and see why nothing came with your PC.
For something totally free though, have a look at this. Go to deepburner.com and check it out.

Nero has a free trial of it's latest software.

I use this to burn stuff also, a most excellent program.

Yes, you really should have gotten a program preloaded on the Dell. I'm sure it's there... I don't know what it is, but it's gotta be there.
