Hi,

My PC is running XP SP2. I'm having problems installing Norton on my PC. So, I've been using their knowledge base to resolve the problem. Except, I'm having problems completing one of their tasks. It says to do this:

To verify that the required Windows services are enabled
On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Computer Management.
Double-click Services and Application.
Click Services.


I don't see a Administrative tools on my menus. Is there another way to get to this application?

I also noticed that my 'Help and Support' won't open. I'm not receuving any error messages either. Not sure how long that has been a problem. But, I couldn't look up this Computer Management from the help menus.

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services

 

Another way to get to Computer Management is to right-click on "My Computer" and select "Manage".
