i tunes help
I need to move my playlist from my desktop to my laptop. I burned the playlist to 3 cds & installed them onto the laptop. When I opened them they were listed as song 1-2-3 etc. How can I make them show up with the song title,artist etc?
I burned the cds through i tunes. I have the computers networked. Both have the same version of i tunes.

I'm not sure how you burned your files that made them do that.
What I have done in the past is just copy iTunes Music Library.xml file to desktop. Then over the network, move that file to the other computer. Once on the new computer, import the new music into iTunes. This will bring everything into itunes just how you had it in the other. It will also give you a chance to apply sound check and get all the volumes the same.
I hope that kind of made sense.
