The file type is *.jpg

Many graphics programs can save files in the *.jpg format.

There are several programs out for payroll but that link could be duplicated with Excel with no problem.

You're not planning anything illegal now are you ??

You could duplicate the print with any text editor. Just start typing the data and using your tab and space bar. Some scanner programs even have text converter to convert a scanner document into text.

With a ruler and some patience you should be able to duplicate it with MS Word or something similar.

Impossible to say. That looks like a generic document.

Word could easily duplicate that.
