Windows Media Player

Getting a slide show together for my sons wedding. Put a lot of hard work into formatting the Pix in Adobe Elements 3.0 and created a good slide show, burned it as a WMV. Tried playing it through Windows media player - and even when I put it on Full Screen mode - there are still bars at the top and the bottom. I have no idea what the bar at the top is for - the bar at the bottome has the play pause etc buttons. How do I get rid of these? they are cutting off the tops and bottoms of my pictures! ! ! Once I was able to get rid of them completely and had true full screen - but I don;t know how I did it and can[t do it again. Any suggestions welcome as I am

When you run WMP in full screen it has the bars at the top and bottom. When you stop moving the mouse the bars will go away, until you move the mouse again.
