Angry For the pundits - safemode.

Whenever I go into safemode, The curser doesn't work, it looks like I don't have a mouse driver in safemode. The curser is there but it won't move. What is happening. The system is a Dell Demsion XPS R350, OS is Window 98.

What type of connector are you using for your mouse? Serial, PS/2 or USB?

sounds as if its a USB.. I always have to put regular "old" keyboard and mouse on my computer if I want to safe mode or do anything requiring those drivers.. even to get to my CMOS I have to have a standard keyboard ...
