Does the following sound like a plan for running this program?

Disable negligible objects, quarantine the rest so you can restore, esp false positives.
Let internet explorer(int props/general tab) remove cookies-which are usually critical objects.
Perform full system scan.

I delete negliables also. I've never had a false positive with this program (several years running it). if you quaranteen, be sure to go in and delete occasionally so files don't build up.

Same here. I always just let it delete whatever it finds. Haven't had any problems with it yet, and I've been using it for years as well.
