First, you need to provide us with the name of the email application your using and the procedure your using to send the emails.

I use Outlook Express 6, and I just forward the pictures after I receive them in my email.
The people that I email them to all say there is a little box with a red X inside the box.

This is your first mistake. Outlook Express is a poorly written program and is nothing but trouble.

The problem MAY be on the the receiving end. Can these same people receive email pictures from other people?

I agree that Outlook Express is bad, go with Thunderbird or Pegasus, both high quality and free.

As to the original question, some mailers have a setable option as to wether or not attachments are included in forwarded messages. This may be a global setting or "per email", probably global so check your options or preferences section.

Good question. I will ask each of them about that.
