infection

What should I do with the following information?
trojan Exploit-ANLfile
trojan Exploit-Byteverify,JV/Shi
path C\documents and settings\Pete.....
file psg[1].anr
Mcafee wrote,when quarantined, "jar.jar-29defbe1-3beb96ed.zip"

Cannot be cleaned so I quarantined it. I am afraid if I delete it I'll lose the file.
I don't know how to delete it if I should.
I read if deleted I should also disable system restore; does that undo all my retore points so I can't go back?
Would scan now restore the file if lost?
Any help appreciated-am not too techy.
Can you keep a trojan in quarantine indefinitly w/o any trouble?

If the best that McAfee can do is to quarantine the file, leave it so. SFC /scannow will repair mainline Windows files as needed to eliminate corrupt files.

Thank you, Chris. What happens to a trojan/file if kept in quarantine?
