Resource Conflict

I'm having a conflict with my USB controller and sound card after reformating my hard drive. I have updated drivers for my sound card, but my USB controller is not accepting its drivers.

Heres the deal, my sound card and the USB controller are trying to use IRQ5. I have a total of 5 USB controllers, the other 4 are using IRQ21. How do I seperate IRQ5?

All my usb ports work despite this one controller not having drivers installed. My sound card although does not work.

try pulling your sound card out and uninstalling all drivers for it. reboot a few times, then install the card back in, and let windows find it, and then install the drivers.

Should have mentioned it...the sound board is integrated into the MB, likewise with the USB. So I can't really remove/install any components. I have tried uninstalling them through Device Manager, with no luck either.
